Privacy notice

Last updated: September 2026

This site is static and collects no personal data through forms submitted to a server. Even so, here is everything worth knowing about how data is handled when you contact us.

Data controller

The data controller is Inginet di Antonio De Donno, registered at Via G. Marconi 14, 73024 Maglie (LE), Italy, VAT no. 05346170755. For any request concerning your data, write to info@inginet.it.

What data we collect

From the form on the Contact page we collect only what you type: name, company, email, phone, type of enquiry and the message itself. No other data is collected while you browse. We also receive your data if you write to us directly by email or on WhatsApp.

How the form travels

When you send the form, the fields reach an application running inside Inginet’s own Google account, which delivers the enquiry to us by email. No third-party service reads or keeps it for its own purposes: processing takes place on Google’s infrastructure, which Inginet uses as its mail provider, under the safeguards that apply to transfers outside the European Union. If you prefer to avoid any intermediary, write to us directly at info@inginet.it or on WhatsApp: for us the result is the same.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, perform the resulting contract. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures requested by you (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), together with statutory tax and accounting obligations for relationships that become commercial (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are kept for a maximum of 24 months. Client and contract data is kept for the period required by law, generally ten years for accounting records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or pass data to third parties for marketing. It may be processed on our behalf, as data processors, by our email and hosting providers and our accountant, each strictly to the extent necessary.

Where it is processed

Data is processed within the European Economic Area. If a specific service were to involve a transfer to a third country, it takes place under the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR.

External services and third-party content

This site embeds no videos, maps, remote fonts, advertising pixels or third-party analytics: the typefaces are hosted on our own servers and no call is made to external services while you browse. Links to our clients’ sites lead to third-party domains, which have their own notices.

Your rights

You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@inginet.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp are held in accounts protected by two-factor authentication.

The images on this site

The photographs and logos on these pages belong to Inginet or to the clients who allowed us to show them: they are not royalty-free. If you would like to use one, write to info@inginet.it telling us where and how, and in most cases we will say yes and ask nothing in return. Client logos remain the property of their respective owners and appear here only to show work we have done.
