Artificial intelligence that works, not AI that shows off

AI is only worth anything when it takes repetitive work away from people and gives time back to the business. That is always our starting point: which activity is eating your hours, and how do we hand it to a machine without losing control.

Let’s start with an uncomfortable question: what do you still redo by hand every day?

In most of the companies we meet the answer is the same: answering the same enquiries, retyping data from an email into a system, writing quotes that are 90% identical, hunting for a document that exists but cannot be found, translating product descriptions. These are all tasks where a well-built AI agent is faster, more consistent and never distracted. The hard part is not “using AI”: it is knowing where to put it and how to keep it in check.

What we actually build

RAG

Agents trained on your documents

Catalogues, price lists, manuals, contracts, internal procedures: the agent reads them and answers, quoting the source. No invention, no generic replies. Technically it is called RAG; in practice it is a colleague who has read everything and forgets nothing.

Support

Multilingual customer assistants

They answer on your site, on WhatsApp and by email in English, Italian, German, French and Spanish, around the clock. They hand the conversation to a person when it genuinely matters, and leave you the full transcript.

Automation

Automated quotes and documents

From the customer’s enquiry to a PDF ready to sign: the AI extracts the data, applies your price list, calculates options and discounts, produces the document and files it in your system.

Documents

Reading and sorting email and attachments

Orders, invoices, delivery notes, CVs, quote requests: read, categorised, routed to the right person and archived with the data already extracted.

Forecasting

Forecasting and work planning

Seasonality, booking peaks, workshop load, stock levels: models that tell you what to expect next week, so you plan shifts and purchases in advance instead of after the fact.

Content

Content and translation at scale

Product sheets, descriptions and SEO copy in five languages, consistent with your tone of voice and already optimised for search engines and AI answers.

AI on its own is useless: it has to be plugged into your systems

An assistant that answers beautifully but doesn’t know that room is already booked, or that the part is out of stock, causes more damage than it prevents. That is why we always connect the AI to real data: business software, stock, calendar, CRM, channel manager, invoicing. If your system has no way of being queried, we build one.

  • Connection to existing systems, even old ones, via API or exports
  • Safety rules: what the agent may read, what it may write, what it must escalate
  • Full log of conversations and actions, so you can check and correct
  • Data handled under the GDPR, with the option of processing on European servers

Examples by sector

Accommodation

An assistant that answers availability enquiries in five languages by reading the real calendar, offers the correct rate and opens a direct booking instead of handing the commission to a portal.

Garages and dealers

The customer sends a photo of the damage or the vehicle papers: the AI extracts plate and model, proposes the work, estimates hours and parts and produces the quote.

Retail and e-commerce

Automatic generation and translation of thousands of product sheets, with quality control and optimisation for search — including search inside ChatGPT.

Practices and healthcare

Enquiry routing, automatic reminders to patients, instant search across the document archive with role-based permissions.

Frequently asked questions

Does my company data end up in the model where others can see it?

No, if the project is built properly. Your documents stay in a store you control; only the fragment needed to answer a given question is passed to the model, and you can choose infrastructure that does not use your data for training. Where the data is particularly sensitive we work on European servers or on models installed locally.

Do I have to throw away the system I’ve used for years?

Almost never. In most cases the AI sits alongside your existing software, reading and writing through a connection we build. Replacing everything is the last option, not the first.

How long before I see the first result?

For a document assistant or a single automation, a few weeks. We always start with one module that solves a measurable problem: if it works we extend it, if it doesn’t you have spent very little to find out.

What if the artificial intelligence gets it wrong?

It is designed to get it wrong as rarely as possible, and so that when it does, someone notices. Every agent has written limits on what it may do alone, a full action log and a point where it hands over to a person. AI deciding on its own with no oversight is something we recommend to no one.

My company is small — does this make sense for me?

Often more sense than for a large one. In a three-person business, two hours a day recovered is an extra person. Small, well-targeted automations have the fastest return.
